How do you calculate postage?

I post Australia wide at a flat rate for one item and an additional cost for any extra items.

You can also collect from my studio by appointment. Please choose collect at checkout. 

Do you accept returns?

Please take care when selecting your piece.  I provide measurements and photos to give you the best idea of what each ceramic piece is like. Please note also that all photos were taken in the daytime using natural light. No filters were used and the images were not edited.

However, i am aware that selecting ceramics can be a very tactile process and online sales can not accomodate that experience. As such, I am happy to fully refund your purchase if you are not satisfied. The piece should be safely returned within 14 days of purchase. The shipping cost of returning the item will not be refunded. 

I try my best to use recycled packaging materials wherever possible. The greatest care is taken when packing to ensure your item arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged, please let me know immediately so we can begin an investigation.

Do you post internationally?

At the moment I offer postage to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Are your ceramic pieces food safe?

All of my functional ware is glazed with food safe glazes. They are fully vitrified which means they are non porous.

What care do I need to take of my ceramic piece?

I regularly put my ceramic pieces in the microwave and through the dishwasher. However, the life of your ceramics will be extended with hand washing in mild detergent.
